"Getting a doctor consult was super easy"
I was able to get a doctor consult quickly, which was a relief. The whole thing was simple, like booking the appointment, filling out the basic info, getting connected, and actually talking to the doctor without sitting around forever. No major problems, no confusing steps, no back-and-forth, no long wait like you sometimes get with clinics or phone calls or trying to schedule something weeks out. It just worked smoothly overall

I tried ordering a lab test online it was kind of a pain. The whole thing felt confusing from the start. Pages were loading slow, the checkout was clunky, and I kept having to go back and fix things over and over. I use the internet all the time, so it’s not like I’m new to this, but this site just made the process way more annoying than it needed to be.

There are a lot of tests available, which I liked, but finding the right ones wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I had to trust my instinct a bit while clicking around, and eventually I found what I needed. Overall, it’s useful, just not perfect.

Tried to book an appointment on PersonaLabs. Not smooth. Times looked open, then I picked one and it didn’t really confirm right. I kept checking my email. Still wasn’t sure if I was actually booked or not. Maybe it works fine for other people. For me, the scheduling part was just annoying

I tried personalabs.com because the walk-in option sounded like it would be quick and straightforward, but that wasn’t really my experience. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up feeling annoyed because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next.
I chose it for convenience, but I still spent extra time trying to figure things out, which pretty much defeated the purpose. Maybe it works better for other people, but after that confusion, I don’t think I’d use it again...

"Professional staff, but the wait could’ve been better"
The lab staff were really polite and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, which I appreciated. The front desk, though, felt a little rushed, like they were trying to get through everyone as fast as possible. I mean, it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of one of those visits where you’re sitting there thinking it could all move a bit smoother...

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support thinking it would be handled quickly. Instead, they just kept telling me they’d “look into it” over and over. Days passed and I still didn’t get a real answer or any kind of solution. it’s really frustrating when you’re just left hanging like that...

I was told the lab requisition would be sent over, but it just never showed up. I kept waiting and checking, and nothing came through. It’s really frustrating when you’re promised something simple like that and then have to chase it down yourself

Ordering was easy enough, but once I got past that part, I felt kind of on my own. I wasn’t really sure which test made the most sense or how to understand everything after the results came in. With health stuff, I guess I just expected a little more guidance... maybe someone to point me in the right direction. It wasn’t really for me. I think I’d rather just go through a regular doctor next time.

"Phone support was a letdown"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get help over the phone. I was on hold for way too long, and when someone finally answered, they sounded like they were trying to get me off the line as fast as possible.
All I needed was a simple answer about my order, but somehow I got passed around instead. At that point I was just thinking, give me a break, it really shouldn’t be that hard to get a straight answer.
Maybe their lab work or actual service is fine, but the phone support was not great at all. If I needed quick help again, I wouldn’t count on them.

I was charged twice, and I still haven't gotten a clear answer about what happened or when it’ll be fixed. I’m cautious with payment issues, so this made me really uncomfortable and hesitant to use the service again until it’s sorted out.

In the end, I did get my refund, but the whole process left me annoyed. It felt harder than it needed to be, with poor communication and delays that made the experience frustrating. I expected something simple, but the way it was handled really put me off.

I was actually ready to order a test, but then I saw the prices and... yeah, I had to pause. Some of them were a lot higher than I expected, and once you start adding things up, it gets expensive fast. I ended up looking around at other options instead. Just didn’t feel worth it for me.

It’s not even about the amount I was charged, I just wish the billing had been explained more clearly upfront. I had to figure out what everything meant after the fact, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.
